Intuitive Readings
A true believer in helping people discover their true selves, I work with clients to help them understand their own lives- how past and present situations are creating the outcomes of their future. I work mainly with people’s current subconscious issues. With the help of Spirit guides, I am able to understand the motives and blocks occurring in a person’s life. Together with the client, I examine the ‘behind the scenes emotions’ that the client is unable to see from their regular perspective. I gently work with clients to see what changes need to be made in order to release any negative patterns that are blocking future successes.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Techniques is a quick and painless way to clear all kinds of troubling emotions, along with many physical conditions. EFT is effective because it reaches easily into the unconscious mind for a deeper level of healing.
How it works: "EFT is based on a revolutionary new discovery that violates most of the beliefs within conventional psychology. It contends that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. With remarkable consistency, EFT relieves symptoms by an unusual (but scientific) routine of tapping with the fingertips on a short series of points on the body that correspond to acupuncture points on the energy meridians. Where there is an imbalance, there is a corresponding blockage in the flow of energy through the meridian system."

SK
First developed by Drs. Phillip and Jane Mountrose of the Awakening Institute, SK (Spiritual Kinesiology) is a set of healing tools that can help anyone to let go of their unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, and judgments. SK is an amazing healing technique that is the essence of spiritual growth. SK heals the self by contacting and healing through the soul and allows individuals to remove emotional blocks so that they can grow spiritually. An SK practitioner works with a client to uncover unconscious blocks in order to remove them from the client's subconscious. The process is quick and non-evasive and the results are truly incredible. After experiencing SK, the client walks away feeling stronger and at peace- with themselves and the world around them.
Reiki Treatments
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki is similar to a massage is that it uses hands-on movements to induce relaxations. However, a Reiki treatment differs in that it is a non-aggressive form of therapy that focuses on increasing one’s life flow energy rather than manipulating the physical body. A Reiki practitioner helps alleviate pain and stress by acting as a channel for the Reiki energy to flow through to the Client, removing energetic blocks that may be causing various pains. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
